Young Chemist Czech Republic 2026: Chemistry Continues to Inspire Young Talent

The 14th edition of the Young Chemist Czech Republic competition once again demonstrated the strong interest in chemistry among young students. This year's competition attracted more than 21,000 participants from across the Czech Republic.

As a proud partner of the competition, SILON is pleased to support initiatives that inspire the next generation of scientists and innovators.

Congratulations to all finalists, with special recognition to Richard Fučík from T. G. Masaryk Primary School in Opava, who achieved an excellent 7th place. His award was presented by Ing. Martin Sedláček, Director of Research and Development at SILON CZ R&D and a member of the Young Chemist Czech Republic jury.

We would like to thank the organizers, schools, and teachers for their dedication to developing young talent. The future of Czech chemistry is in good hands.
