We care about how our business affects the world around us. Just like last year, this year we are also committed to the transparent preparation of an ESG report that maps our efforts and progress. This year’s report is truly exceptional – it covers the entire SILON s.r.o. group.

Our goal is to cultivate all three pillars of ESG:

Environmental, social and governance aspects. We closely monitor the impact of our business on the environment and share information on emissions, energy efficiency, water management and much more in the report. We care about a responsible attitude towards our employees and the communities in which we operate. The report reflects on working conditions, diversity, safety and many others. The third part of the report analyzes the company’s management structure, code of ethics, anti-corruption measures and other important areas.
