Don't worry, it's easy. You can contact us in person at the reception desk, by phone or e-mail. Provide us with your information by filling out an application (available at reception or online). You can also send us your CV directly. We will then arrange a date for you to come visit the workplace, or a date for an interview. After going through the necessary formalities, you can start working.

You primarily have to undergo a medical examination by one of our contractual physicians, who will assess whether you are medically fit for the specific job. The rest is up to our mutual agreement.

We are aware that you will need to learn to become comfortable and perform your job to the best of your ability; therefore, a more experienced colleague will mentor you from the beginning. Starting with the simplest operations under this mentor's supervision, you will gradually work your way up to more complicated tasks. If you are really interested in the work, it will all come along quite easily.

The range of benefits that the SILON Group offers is very wide. Benefits offered to employees in the Czech Republic are different from the benefits offered in our plant in the USA. The basic list of benefits is the same for all job positions (i.e. an extra week of vacation or a contribution to pension insurance in Czech companies); other benefits may differ depending on the job position. Where the nature of the work allows, we offer, for example, flexible working hours, part-time work or remote work. You can find an overview of benefits in the description of each job opening or you can ask about them during your job interview.

Because numerous restrictions apply to employees who are minors, we require that so-called temporary workers, whether they work on the basis of an agreement or carry out work part-time, are over eighteen with regard to the valid legislation.
