Customer requirements
We meet with the client at the initial meeting and, together, we define the required properties of the compound mixture or the final product to be produced from it.

Project team
After establishing the client's requirements, we establish a project team led by a project manager who facilitates the dialogue and coordinates the activities of the R&D, production, purchasing & logistics and quality departments to successfully achieve the project's goals on schedule and within the budget. The team's work results in the creation of a feasibility study that specifies, among other things, which raw materials will be used, under which conditions production will take place and which validation procedure will be chosen.

Product design and development
This is followed by a phase where our researchers work to develop a prototype compound that meets the specifics and characteristics of the final product, including compliance with any certification or budgetary constraints. It also involves setting up the manufacturing process to ensure its efficient feasibility.

Design verification and customer approval
We test a sample of the new material for the desired design and usability in the production of the final product. The result is a detailed technical design for production, customer approval and finally the launch of production of the entire order.

Launch of product
Production can be launched once the final audit has been conducted and the customer has given approval.

Quality control
Throughout the development and production process, we carry out a number of checks in our modern laboratories to ensure the desired properties of the compound in the highest quality.
