Plastic scrap – purchasing
We specialize in the purchase and recycling of post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste. We buy plastic scrap in all forms and different qualities. We also buy flakes, grind and regranulate as well as original parts.
Modern production technologies allow us to process the usual forms of waste – rolls, scraps, pressed packages, crates, interlinings – as well as other materials that are difficult to process. These include: continuous filaments, strings and monoblocs. The basic requirement is the purity of the material and its classification by type.

The variety of forms and materials in the plastic industry is enormous. For a better assessment, send us a photo of secondary raw materials or a sample of the material. After an initial agreement, we will come to physically assess the condition of the offered material. We are also happy to advise you in the areas of sorting secondary raw materials and help you design a tailor-made product with a recycled plastic content in cooperation with our R&D Centre.

Plastic waste – recycling
We recycle waste plastics, from which we produce regranulate and regrind.
Both raw materials can be reused in plastic production.
Regranulation of plastics
Regranulation represents the heat treatment of waste plastics to create regranulate, which is the raw material used for further plastic production. Regranulate is exclusively processed using technology developed and manufactured by the Austrian company Erema GmbH, a world leader in this field. We supply plastic regranulate in several material and colour versions.
Grinding of plastics
Recycling plastic scrap by shredding represents the mechanical processing of waste plastic into flakes and grind, which is the raw material used for further plastic production. Regrind is produced by using knife shredders to crush smaller pieces of waste and slow-speed shredders to grind large waste and monoblocs. We produce plastic regrind in a wide range of sizes. We adapt the size of the regrind to our customer’s request.
