Description

TABOPOL® kompaundy jsou vyrobeny na bázi polystyrenu (PS), polyamidu 12 (PA 12) nebo polybutylentereftalátu (PBT). Jejich vlastnosti jsou vylepšeny pomocí vyztužujícího skelného vlákna nebo bezhalogenového retardéru hoření (HFFR).

Skelné vlákno může být dávkováno až do obsahu 40%. HFFR materiály jsou vyvinuty v souladu se specifickými požadavky na nehořlavost, včetně klasifikace V0 dle normy UL 94.

TABOPOL® kompaundy jsou navrhnuty pro použití v náročných technických aplikacích, jako jsou automobilový průmysl, elektronika a spotřebiče, stavebnictví, 3D tisk, průmyslové komponenty, sportovní vybavení a elektrický průmysl.

Sklem vyztužené kompaundy poskytují vysokou mechanickou pevnost, vynikající rozměrovou stabilitu a výjimečnou teplotní odolnost, dokonce i při dlouhodobém zatížení.

HFFR kompaundy z produktové řady TABOPOL® jsou vhodné pro aplikace vyžadující odolnost proti ohni až V0 dle UL94.

Technical support

Testing on our cable line allows us to recommend processing temperatures, define extrusion capabilities and process speed with regard to the strain on the extrusion line motors.

We test the mechanical properties of the product after the extrusion (strength, ductility, shrinkage and surface smoothness). We also test the colourability of our compounds and we can therefore recommend the amount needed to achieve the required product surface colour.

Customer satisfaction is our priority and so we never restrict ourselves to just delivering compounds. Technical support and the correct configuration of the processing mode on the customer’s equipment is a matter of course.
