Investment and Project Specialist

The main job

• develops project work including layout solutions for integrated parts of projects and implementation projects, technological equipment, pipelines, structures and equipment
• develops technical report and specifications of basic units for projects
• proposes solutions and placement of technological equipment in individual buildings
• cooperates with external organizations in terms of delivered project work
• assigns documents and coordinates activities between interested departments
• cooperates on project solutions with other design workers in the interest of consistency between expertise
• duscusses with production and supplier organizations issues regarding the provision of project documents and other technical data necessary for project processing
• provides documents from domestic and foreign companies
• processes proposals for investment plans within the framework of the established strategy, estimates investment costs 
• requests, evaluates and internally negotiates offers for equipment
• processes initial documents, defines technical conditions that the investment must meet 
• ensures preparation, processing and registration of documentation during repairs and test operation of new technologies
• creates and provides drawing documentation
• searches for external suppliers for technically demanding investments
• in the event of equipment failures contacts the relevant company, consults with them on the issue and requires their opinion on solving the problem and documentation
• is responsible for maintaining documents for investment plans
• controls the method of implementation in accordance with the approved documentation
• participates in the handover and takeover of the new investment 

We expect

• secondary/university education in a technical field
• experience with project management
• experience with investment projects
• systematic and methodical way of working
• independence, diligence, reliability, ability to work in a team
• ability to complete assigned tasks
• quick learning - e.g. mastering technical or other specific aspects of projects
• communicative knowledge of English, German is and advantage
• user knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office), JD Edwards is an advantage
• user knowledge of CAD, possibly 3D SW
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Driver's license B, willingness to travel
