The TABOREN product range is an extensive portfolio of polyolefin-based materials filled with mineral and fibrous fillers. Chemical properties and attributes
Our compounds are based on a range of polyolefin matrices, which can be further modified using various elastomers. The most frequently used types of filler are talc, glass fibres, lime and baryte. However, basalt, mica, wollastonite and various combinations of the aforementioned fillers can also be used.
The various types of stabilising components allow our customers to use TABOREN in a wide range of applications (interior and exterior). Applications requiring high temperature resistance, UV stability and also non-flammability or anti-static properties and resistance to washing products, etc., are very common. Thanks to the careful selection of high-quality raw materials and high production standards, we are also able to supply materials that are suitable for contact with foods or drinking water.

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AND TRANSPORT
We mainly supply the automotive industry with materials filled with talc and glass fibres. These are additionally stabilised depending on the given application.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND INFRASTRUCTURE
We make a range of materials based on PPH, PPC, PPR and PP/PE, filled with all the standard types of fillers, for the construction industry – from wastewater pipes to pressurised pipes and air-permeable sheeting. We make compounds mainly for processing by extrusion, which we are capable of producing with specific properties, such as the ability to insulate against noise, good air-permeability, or a combination of the flexibility in the flexion module and high rigidity and resilience. We are able to use a combination of the required stabilisers and additives to ensure improved resistance to high temperatures, UV light and heat (halogenated, HFFR).
