The main job
- manages the operation of the company's reception in Planá nad Lužnicí
- receives and informs company visitors
- receives and handles telephone calls, mail and email correspondence
- communicates with delivery services
- performs various administrative work
- provides refreshments for the visit
- orders office supplies
We expect
- secondary school education
- practice in a similar position is an advantage
- at least basic knowledge of English and working with a PC
- driver's license cat. B
- good communication and organizational skills
- active approach to work
