The main job

• managing the customer specific requirements review process
• administering the technical change management process
• leading and supervising the customer service team's outputs
• submitting regular reports and monitoring internal processes
• issuing controlled documentation
• conducting IMS audits
• moderating the FMEA process
• leading the department in the absence of the manager

We expect

• University education
• active knowledge of English is a condition
• driver's license B
• experience in the quality is a condition
• knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP
• independence, precision, communication skills
