SILON has inaugurated a new compounds production line

SILON owners Bernhard Rustige, Fritz Baur and André Mangin, as well as its executives Shukhrat Saidov (CEO) and Bernhard Morawitz (CFO), ceremoniously cut the ribbon on Thursday March 17, launching a new compounds production line.

The investment in the new technology increased the production capacity of the compounds division by 15,000 tons per year. The new compounding line contains two co- and two counter rotating screws and many other technical improvements. Thanks to the perfect filler dispersion, we are also able to respond to requirements for higher filler contents or flame-retardant additives. SILON offers long-term experience in polyolefin compounding. Continuous quality monitoring compliant with the cGMP regulation and top-class customer services are a commonplace for us.
