Head of Logistics

The main job

• responsible for logistics processes, setting up logistics flow and logistics concepts
• organizes storage, warehousing of materials and goods, compliance with storage conditions for incoming materials and shipping of finished products
• responsible for warehouse operations and administration, regular inventory checks and resolving inventory discrepancies
• responsible for data maintenance in the JD Edwards production management system
• organizes the work of subordinate employees, ensures compliance with occupational safety and fire protection principles in the assigned section
• responsible for handling equipment in the logistics deparment, monitors costs and proposes improvements
• proposes solutions for unnecessary and damaged inventory
• checks the correct handling of hazardous chemicals and mixtures
• actively involved in the complaint resolution process

We expect

• Secondary school/University education
• driver's license B, experience driving forklifts
• proven experience in logistics in a similar position
• experience managing a small team, communication, organizational, and management skills
• problem-solving and teamwork skills
