Head of Maintenance

The main job

• responsibility for the organization and management of the maintenance department and the metodical management of maintenance employees
• documentation management and provision of revisions
• ensuring and taking responsibility for the operation of production machines and equipment in the event of malfunctions, proposes appropriate measures
• cooperation with operations managers and technologists in the field of equipment maintenance and repair plans
• responsibility for the correctness and functionality of the PM system, work in the JDE program
• communication with suppliers of repairs and equipment, cooperation with external workers performing service
• analysis of defects and their prevention, documents for the preparation of repairs
• management and evaluation of maintenance personnel
• direct support to the maintenance team

We expect

• Secondary school in a technical or mechanical field
• min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• knowledge of English on a communicative level
• orientation in technical documentation
