The main job
- responsible for the administrative operation of the office in Prague
- responsible for adhering to the office budget
- coordinates work related to property management (facility management)
- responsible for fleet management (cotractual relations, service, etc.)
- assists in organizing internal company events
- performs various administrative tasks
We expect
- secondary education
- experience in a similar position is an advantage
- knowledge of English and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- driving license category B
- good communication skills, organizational talent
- active approach, resistance to stress
