Operative and Strategic Buyer

The main job

• ordering raw materials for production according to the production plan and approved requirements at a set or negotiated price, in the required quantity, at the required time and quality
• ordering overhead materials and services according to approved requirements/contracts
• communication with domestic and foreign suppliers
• administrative activities and documents for invoicing for goods sold to third-party companies
• ensures the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and updating of data in the information system
• is jointly responsible for price negotiations and selection of raw material suppliers
• prepares draft purchase, framework contracts or contracts for work and, if necessary, consults them with a lawyer
• ensures supplier development (search for new suppliers, tenders)
• participates in the company-wide process of continuous improvement in the purchasing process and meets the set indicators

We expect

• Secondary/University education
• experience in a similar position is an advantage, ideally in the field of recycling
• English at a communicative level
• independence, responsibility, active approach to work, team player
• driving license category B
