Shiftleader / Foreman

The main job

• organizes production, coordinates individual work groups
• supervises the fulfillment of the production plan
• ensures smooth and timely shift handover
• checks compliance with ISO, OHS and fire safety standards
• develops, motivates and evaluates employees
• responsible for training subordinate employees (including availability of records)
• supervises compliance with all procedures and standards
• cooperates on process improvement projects
• keeps records of shift progress in the prescribed manner
• keeps records of employee attendance
• inspects machines and equipment

We expect

• secondary education with vocational certificate or high school diploma
• experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company required
• willingness to work shifts
• excellent communication and organizational skills
• knowledge of general quality standards
• independence, responsibility
