Specialist of EMS and OHS

The main job

• performance of the activity of a person professionally qualified to ensure tasks in risk prevention in the sense of Act No. 309/2006 for entities within the SILON Group
• development of the OHS management system and implementation of all legal requirements
• support of the safety culture within SILON Group
• searching for risks, applying preventive and corrective measures, and ensuring the measurement of risk factors
• preparation of documentation and records in the field of OHS
• responsibility for the processing and delivery of outputs form EMS monitoring and measurement
• conducting internal controls and audits of OHS and EMS and regualr control of compliance with legal requirements in the company (cooperation with production)
• investigation of occupational accidents, proposal of measures to eliminate their causes, negotiation of compensation
• analyzes and statistics in the field of EMS and OHS
• communication with state administration bodies

We expect

• Secondary school/University education in a technical or chemical field
• knowledge of requirements in the fiels of health and safety (legal requirements)
• practice with the 14001 and 45001 standard requirements system
• knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written) an advantage
• willingness to occasionally travel within the SILON group (Prague, Libuň)
• good communication skills and active approach to work
• independence and responsibility
