Technologist

The main job

• participates in production planning and production plan control
• monitors production plan updates
• ensures the closure of production orders and checks the write-offs of processed raw materials
• procures raw materials and auxiliary materials for production, keeps records of their consumption
• responsible for changes in raw materials in active production orders according to purchasing and production requirements
• checks compliance with consuption standards - recipes
• responsible for the sorting, storage and recording of waste from production and production-related activities
• ensures the incorporation of products from quarantine and complaints into active production orders
• in cooperation with the production manager and maintenance manager ensures the handover of equipment for repair and its acceptance after repair
• checks the use of protective and work equipment, including its allocation, and the order and leanliness of all premises
• records the working hours of subordinate employees in the attendance system
• checks and ensures training of employees in occupational health and safety, fire protection, and technological regulations
• ensures overhead materials for production, including PPE
• complies with occupational safety and fire protection principles and participates in the continuous improvement of processes

We expect

• Secondary school education
• driver's license B
• proven experience in a similar position
• experience managing a small team, communication, organizational and management skills
• problem-solving and teamwork skills
