ESG report 2025

For us, sustainability is not a one-off project but the way we want to do business. Every year, we take a look back at what we have achieved, where we can still improve and where we are heading next. The result is our new ESG Report for 2025.

The report describes openly how our operations affect the environment, the people around us and the way the company itself is run. It covers specific data on energy consumption, emissions and resource management. It also explains how we look after the safety and development of our employees, how we work with our region and which principles guide our decision-making.

This year, for the first time, we are also publishing a separate document on the EU Taxonomy. It sets out clearly which share of our activities meets the European criteria for environmentally sustainable business.
