Quality Specialist

The main job

• systematic handling of internal and external complaints
• identifying the causes of and resolving product complaints, overseeing their processing – Lessons Learned
• collaborating with production and other departments to implement and understand the company’s quality management system
• managing internal production quality and corrective actions
• overseeing and managing FMEA, ensuring the control plan
• application of the PDCA method (Ishikawa, 5WHY, etc.)
• maintenance of the QMS (preparation of documentation, monthly complaint statistics, etc.)

We expect

• High school or college degree in chemistry or a technical field—also suitable for recent graduates
• english proficiency at a minimum B2 level required
• knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 – a plus) QMS
• experience facilitating PDCA, FMEA, and CP
• knowledge of root cause analysis using 5WHY and Ishikawa diagrams
• experience in quality, the plastics industry, or the automotive industry is a plus
• basic knowledge of statistical methods is a major plus (Green Belt – Minitab)
• knowledge of resolving nonconformities using the 8D report – a plus
• independence, responsibility, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to think technically and logically
