Quality Technician

The main job

• resolving customer and supplier complaints
• resolving items held in quarantine
• providing support during the implementation of technical changs and newly developed products
• resolving product quality deviations
• improving internal processes
• participating in audits and inspections
• contributing to the creation of internal documents
• preparing regular reports and KPIs

We expect

• High school or college degree in a technical or chemical field
• active knowledge of English required
• driver's license B
• experience in quality assurance required
• experience in plastic waste processing preferred
• knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 - preferred)
• knowledge of resolving nonconformities using the 8D report is a plus
• basic knowledge of root cause analysis using the 5WHY method and Ishikawa diagram is a plus
• independence, responsibility and active approach to work
• willingness to learn new things, ability to think technically and logically
